Pelletised Activated Carbon
for Sewerage Odour Control
We supply specialist grades of pelletised activated carbon (Pellets) for odour control, primarily hydrogen sulphide (H2S), from sewage plants, pump stations and other similar applications.
Anthracite
for Sewerage Odour Control
Anthracite is used in a filter through which the sewerage water is gravity fed to remove suspended solids / turbidity. The anthracite is regularly backwashed when head loss increases and does not need to be replaced until particle size has eventually reduced due to the abrasive effect of backwash – this will take many years (typically 15-20 years for premium ultra hard high rank anthracitic coal).
